Terms of Service

Welcome to Atlanza Airways. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Atlanza Airways website and our air travel services. By booking a flight or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Conditions of Carriage.

1. Scope of Service

Atlanza Airways provides air transportation services between New York (JFK) and Conakry (CKY), with transit operations in Bamako (BKO) and Dakar (DSS). These Terms apply to all passengers, regardless of the point of purchase or departure city.

2. Bookings and Reservations

  • Accuracy of Information: Passengers are responsible for providing accurate legal names (as they appear on passports) and contact details.
  • Ticketing: A reservation is not confirmed until a ticket number is issued and payment is successfully processed.
  • Fares: All fares are subject to availability and may change until the time of purchase.

3. Payments and Cancellations

  • Payment Methods: We accept major international credit cards and verified digital payments.
  • Refunds: Refund eligibility is determined by the specific fare class purchased.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that while certain ticket portions may be refundable, payment gateway processing fees are non-refundable as they are charged by third-party providers at the time of transaction.
  • Cancellations: Atlanza Airways reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of suspected fraud or non-payment.

4. International Travel Requirements

Travel between the U.S. and West Africa involves strict regulatory compliance. Passengers are solely responsible for:

  • Passports & Visas: Ensuring passports are valid for at least six months beyond the travel date and obtaining necessary visas for Mali, Senegal, and Guinea.
  • Health Regulations: Complying with health mandates, including Yellow Fever vaccinations and any regional health screenings required at JFK, BKO, DSS, or CKY.
  • Documentation: Atlanza Airways is not liable for boarding denials resulting from a passenger's failure to present valid travel documents.

5. Check-In and Boarding

  • Deadlines: Due to the nature of long-haul widebody operations (Airbus A330-300), passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least three (3) hours prior to departure.
  • Compliance: Passengers must comply with all security screenings by the TSA (U.S.) and local aviation authorities in Bamako, Dakar, and Conakry.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • International Treaties: Our liability for passenger delay, personal injury, or baggage loss is governed by the Montreal Convention or the Warsaw Convention, depending on the specific route and applicable law.
  • Force Majeure: Atlanza Airways is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, air traffic control, or geopolitical events.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Atlanza Airways website, including logos, text, and brand assets, is the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized use of our branding or other intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Company is incorporated. Specific aviation claims may also be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil aviation authorities in Guinea, Senegal, and Mali.
